Return Policy

1. Notify Accessories with Style, Inc. via e-mail to sales@handbagsatwholesale.com, within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.

 

2. Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order. E-mail for approval prior to ship. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS TO OUR PLANTATION OFFICE. Contact us via e-mail, and we will e-mail you with a return label.

 

3. Requests for returns other than those mentioned in point 2 above are subject to approval by Accessories with Style, Inc. There is a 25% handling charge on approved returns, and a 35% handling charge on unproved returns, or returns received without prior approval. The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.

 

4. Our approval e-mail must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit.

Shipping Policy

Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and is subject to UPS standards and regulations and delivery limitations. Handbagsatwholesale.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, or according to availability of stock.

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the View Cart button. On the order confirmation page, you can put in your zip code to see how the prices and delivery estimates.

Payment Methods

Handbagsatwholesale.com accepts the following payment methods: 1) Prepaid Wholesale Account 2) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. At this point your shipping total will be calculated. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address. Please note: charges for purchased merchandise will appear under the name of Accessories with Style, Inc. or YES Enterprises, Inc.on your credit card statement. By placing your order with us, you authorize Accessories with Style to charge your credit card for the order total  + any shipping charges. 3) Cashiers checks or Money Orders payable to: Accessories with Style, Inc. &/or YES Enterprises, Inc. Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the cashier check or money order. 4) COD We accept COD from established U.S customers only. New customers must use Credit card for their initial purchase. COD payment will be in the form of a cashier check, unless approved for money order, or company check by Accessories with Style, Inc. & YES Enterprises, Inc. management. For all COD orders, we will need to keep a record of your credit card information for security purposes. Any refused COD order will incur a 25% restocking fee and the appropriate shipping cost. 5) Wire Transfer- Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.
